So I decided to try and make my own washi tape. It's super easy and very inexpensive. I love how they turned out.

Julep Maven March Box
So I got my package in the mail yesterday and I love the colors for this month!!!! Full of pastels and a bonus lip balm to add.

Food Journal
Love how I can customize my Filofax to however I like. I placed a section for my food journal and I'm loving it. Now I don't have to carry an extra journal.
Day 3....
Another successful day on Shred.
Here's my meals of the day. Again I skipped my 4th meal wasn't too hungry, decided to just snack instead.

Shred Diet Day 2...
So my second day went well. This time around I ate all 4 meals with 1 snack in between even though you get a total of 3 snack, I was just to full throughout the day.
I stepped on the scale just to see, even though I like to weigh myself towards the end of the week, but I was a little anxious. According to the scale I'm down 2 pounds in 2 days. I wanted to make sure it was legit do I went on the scale 3 times and sure enough it was the same. 😄
Overall I'm going to stick with this plan for the next few weeks and see how everything goes.

Shred The Revolutionary Diet...
So I've been seeing a lot of this Shred Diet going around. Dr. Ian Smith created a new program that I decided to try out. I tried his old program before and it definitely works. Takes a lot of patience and dedication but the results don't lie. I've decided to stick to this FOR SURE this time, no more switching up programs. So today was day 1, week 1 and so far so good. I was supposed to have 4 meals today with 3 snacks in between. I honestly couldn't have my last meal because i was too full. Here are a few pics of my meals, it's all about the portions.
DIY: Filofax Dividers
So, ever since I got my filofax, I've been organizing, organizing and organizing. I decided to make new dividers instead of using the plain ones that it comes with. I like how easy it was to make, just takes time and patience. It turned out just the way I like it, but I'm sure I'll end up changing my mind and make more.
