So I've been seeing a lot of this Shred Diet going around. Dr. Ian Smith created a new program that I decided to try out. I tried his old program before and it definitely works. Takes a lot of patience and dedication but the results don't lie. I've decided to stick to this FOR SURE this time, no more switching up programs. So today was day 1, week 1 and so far so good. I was supposed to have 4 meals today with 3 snacks in between. I honestly couldn't have my last meal because i was too full. Here are a few pics of my meals, it's all about the portions.
