So my second day went well. This time around I ate all 4 meals with 1 snack in between even though you get a total of 3 snack, I was just to full throughout the day.
I stepped on the scale just to see, even though I like to weigh myself towards the end of the week, but I was a little anxious. According to the scale I'm down 2 pounds in 2 days. I wanted to make sure it was legit do I went on the scale 3 times and sure enough it was the same. 😄
Overall I'm going to stick with this plan for the next few weeks and see how everything goes.
